Sawed flooring

Simple demands require simple solutions.
KEBRO sawed industrial flooring offers an interesting alternative for industrial floors with minimal demands. In addition to the variation with a traditional mesh reinforcement, we can also offer a design proposition for a steel fibre concept of equal quality.

JOINT-FREE STEEL FIBRE FLOORING

Joint-free steel fibre flooring has many uses. They are a durable alternative because they withstand heavy traffic loads and high point loads. Joint-free zones up to 2,500 m² are possible within this concept. KEBRO will create a steel fibre concept that meets your demands for load and wear durability.

JOINT-FREE HYBRID FLOORING

In hybrid flooring, we combine a steel fibre reinforcement with a steel mesh cover reinforcement. This combination makes it possible to install large flooring sections joint-free. The cover reinforcement will keep the amount and width of any possible cracks to a minimum. Request a concept?

FLOORS ON PILES

Thé solution for floors on surfaces with low bearing strength. We first install piles in a specific grid that extend to the “fixed foundation”. This guarantees the stability of the concrete floor. A floor on piles can be reinforced in a traditional way as well as with steel fibre. KEBRO executes both concepts, but you can also create your own design for the steel fibre reinforced variation.

SLAB FOUNDATIONS

KEBRO installs your general slab foundations (for buildings or heavy factory installations). Volumes up to 2,000 m³ of poured concrete per day are possible. We also offer the possibility of creating a concept based on steel fibre. Our steel fibre reinforced slab foundations provide some very unique benefits!

TERRAIN HARDENERS

Terrain hardeners must be multifunctional. They must be able to withstand heavy traffic loads and they are used for various purposes. You can again choose between traditional reinforcement and steel fibre reinforcement. What’s more, KEBRO offers a special variation in which the steel fibres are completely “covered” and thus not visible on the surface. Ask for more information about the “Exterio” variation.

SUPER FLAT FLOORING

A narrow surface tolerance is necessary in high warehouses in order to optimise the driving speeds of the forklifts and reach trucks. The flatter the surface, the higher the efficiency of pickers & packers. The solutions offered by Kebro have a long-term guarantee. Contact us for more information.
